Refund policy

At Interior Style, we understand the importance of ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. To uphold this commitment, we have established a straight-forward and customer-friendly refund/exchange policy.

 

Our refund/exchange policy

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, uninstalled or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be refunded/exchanged, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), installed products, clearance or sale items.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To start an exchange, you can contact us at cs@interiorstyle.com.sg

When exchanging an item, the total value of the new product(s) must be equal to or greater than the original purchase. 

 

Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at cs@interiorstyle.com.sg

 

Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 7 business days (less any delivery, transaction charges).
